THE GOVERNANCE OF CONDUCT UNDER PRESSURE
RESEARCH TRADITIONS IN THE CURRICULUM, STANFORD, HARVARD, YALE, OXFORD, AGENCY, JUDGMENT, LEARNING, SELF REGULATION, AND DECISION SCIENCE.
Knowva studies the passage from knowledge to reliable conduct, how agency is built, attention held under direction, impulse brought under review, habit corrected through repetition, environment arranged with intention, and judgment tested under consequence.
The proof is not fluency in explanation. The proof is order under consequence.
THE PROBLEM OF KNOWING
Human beings often fail with the correct answer already in hand. Knowledge can name the better course, but conduct reveals whether the self has been trained to govern it.
THE MECHANISM OF CHANGE
Action is governed by agency, attention, cue, state, valuation, environment, reinforcement, correction, and rehearsal.
THE STANDARD OF PROOF
A principle has not been learned because it is admired. It has been learned when it can be repeated under pressure.
