Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how membership cancellation and refund requests are handled for Knowva and The Art of Human Conduct.

Monthly Membership

The Art of Human Conduct is a monthly membership. Membership renews monthly unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership before the next billing cycle to stop future billing. Cancellation stops future charges and access may end according to the membership system and billing period.

Refunds

Because membership access includes digital education, live sessions, private community access, and private 1:1 availability, prior billing periods are not automatically refunded unless Knowva states otherwise in writing.
